Welcome to Paid Members App's website (the "Site") operated by Zendo Apps Inc. dba Paid Members App (hereafter referred to as "Paid Members App"). Access to the Site is only available to registered Paid Members App Members (hereafter "Members," "users," or "you") who have agreed to Paid Members App.com's Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms of Service (hereafter "TOU") carefully and ask us any related questions before you agree to be bound by them. Reference herein to the terms "Services" refer to the to all the services advertised on the Site

Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the TOU. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the TOU without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Site signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified TOU.

1. SITE USAGE ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Access is only available to persons who are over the age of 18 who have read and accepted Paid Members App's Privacy Policy. Access is not available to any user suspended or removed from the system by Paid Members App for any reason. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their account to another party. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Service or the Site.

In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction and will only use the Site to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (and will inform such other persons about the TOU and site Privacy Policy) that apply to the purchase you have made on their behalf (including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto). You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Paid Members App has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Paid Members App has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify Paid Members App immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Paid Members App reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the above, we retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to the Site and the Services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of Paid Members App' Terms and Conditions of Membership, TOU, or Privacy Policy.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE/LICENSE

Paid Members App grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use this Site only as expressly permitted in this TOU. Except for this limited license, we do not grant you any other rights or license with respect to this Site; any rights or license not expressly granted herein are reserved. The content and information on this Site as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to Paid Members App or its suppliers and Providers. Accordingly, as a condition of using this Site, you agree not to use this Site or its contents or information for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site. In addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you agree not to:

i. access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Site using any robot, spider, webcrawler, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without express written permission of Paid Members App;

ii. deep-link to any portion of this Site (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without express written permission of Paid Members App;

iii. use this Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair or otherwise interfere with the use of this Site or other users' computer equipment, or cause damage, disruption or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

iv. attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Site, any related website, other accounts, computer system, or networks connected to this Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means; or

v. obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this Site.

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Site. You agree to provide correct and true information in connection with your use of this Site and you agree to promptly update your membership information (if applicable) in order to keep it current, complete and accurate. It is a violation of law to place a Request in a false name or with an invalid method of payment. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Paid Members App reserves the right to cancel any transaction that it reasonably believes to have been fraudulently made, including without limitation, by unauthorized use of a credit or debit card.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, TEXT AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED WITHIN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Paid Members App MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS WEBSITE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, Paid Members App DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SATISFACTORY WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. 5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold the COVERED PARTIES harmless from any and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this TOU, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Site.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

a. Copyright Notice

You acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, video, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material (collectively, "Content") and the arrangement and compilation of the Content are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Paid Members App and/or its third-party providers including, without limitation, the retreat, spas, and other Suppliers that provide Services through this Site ("Providers"). Reproduction or storage of information or works retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code, or other applicable laws, and all applicable international copyright treaties and conventions, including without limitation, the Berne Convention and the Universal Copyright Convention.

b. Trademark Notice

"Paid Members" and "Paid Members App" & "PAIDMEMBERSAPP.COM" are service marks of Paid Members App. Other product and company names identified on this Site may be the name, trademark, trade name, service mark, logo, symbol or other proprietary designation of Paid Members App or a third-party. The use on this Site of any name, trade name, trademark, service mark, logo, symbol or other proprietary designation or marking of or belonging to any third-party, and the availability of specific goods or services from such third-party through this Site, should not be construed as an endorsement or sponsorship of this Site by any such third-party, or the participation by such third-party in the offering of goods, services or information through this Site.

c. Procedure for Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

Paid Members App respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Paid Members App may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property of a third party. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Paid Members App' Copyright Agent the following information:

(i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; or (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

When you access a non-Paid Members App website, understand that it is independent from Paid Members App and Paid Members App has no control over or responsibility for contents on or the availability of that website. A link to a non-Paid Members App website does not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by Paid Members App.

9. ONLINE PURCHASES

You assume total responsibility and risk for the payment options that you select.

10. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by TOU.

11. PASSWORD AND LOG-IN INFORMATION

You bear the responsibility of confirming that the email address provided to us is correct and not-accessible to the general public.

12. ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

14. COUNTERPARTS

The entire agreement between user and Paid Members App may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement.

15. HEADINGS

Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section.

16. DISPUTES: BINDING ARBITRATION, GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, ETC.

User and Paid Members App shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these TOU. If the matter is not resolved through relationship, all disputes as described above shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration held in Santa Cruz, California and presided over by one (1) arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon. Equitable remedies shall be available in any such arbitration. The parties intend that this agreement to arbitrate be valid, binding, enforceable and irrevocable. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney's fee for having to compel arbitration. Nothing herein will be construed to prevent any party's use of injunction, and/or any other prejudgment or provisional action or remedy. Any such action or remedy shall act as a waiver of the moving party's right to compel arbitration of any dispute. YOU RECOGNIZE AND AGREE THAT, BY ACCESSING THE SITE OPERATED BY Paid Members App, YOU AND Paid Members App ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIMS COVERED BY THIS MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION.

These TOU will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User and Paid Members App agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles County, California with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with, or relate to, this Binding Arbitration clause or these Terms and Conditions. User and Paid Members App agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such action, suit or proceeding and hereby agrees not to assert, by way of motion, as a defense or otherwise, in any such action, suit or proceeding, any claim that (i) he, she or it is not subject personally to the jurisdiction of such court, (ii) the venue is improper, or (iii) these Terms and Conditions or the subject matter hereof may not be enforced in or by such court.

17. ATTORNEY'S FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF SUIT

If any act of law or equity, including an action for declaratory relief or any arbitration proceeding, is brought to enforce, interpret or construe the provisions of these TOU, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover actual attorney's fees, costs, and expenses.

18. WAIVER

No delay or failure by either party to exercise or enforce at any time any right or provision hereof will be considered a waiver thereof of such party's rights to exercise or enforce each and every right and provision hereof. No single waiver will constitute a continuing or subsequent waiver. Paid Members App

19. FEES

Paid Members App charges a fee for the use of its service.

20. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Paid Members App cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page under My Account or by contacting Paid Members App's customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Paid Members App with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Paid Members App to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Paid Members App will issue an electronic notification indicating that you must update your credit card on file.

21a. NATIVE WEEBLY APP - MEMBER LIMITS

You may only have up to 1000 FREE Members on our Weebly App and up to 1000 Weebly Members in your Weebly account - this is due to high response times from the Weebly API if your count of members exceeds 1000. If you exceed this number of members, your account may be terminated and you will be blocked from adding any new members to your account.

You may have unlimited paid members using our Stripe integration on the Pro w/ Subscriptions plan.

21b. NATIVE WEEBLY APP - APPLICATION FEES

Paid Members App charges an application fee ("Application Fee(s)"). Standard Stripe and PayPal transaction fees apply and Paid Members App™ applies an additional 1.00% fee on each successful charge for the Pro w/ Subscriptions Plan. The Application Fee applies to each successful charge regardless of whether the charge is a one-time charge or a recurring charge or an initial payment for a subscription or a renewing subscription payment. For Stripe Connect™ recurring subscriptions, Paid Members App™ is the platform that creates the charge on your behalf and the Application Fee applies for the life of the Subscription and for eternity even after you cancel your Subscription. Please see 3rd Party Transactions via Stripe in the Enterprise section plan for details on the application fee charges for Charges that were created by other platforms for which our platform receives and processes webhooks on your behalf.

You must revoke access to our platform within your Stripe.com account dashboard in order to prevent platform fees from being charged after you cancel your subscription and it is your sole responsibility to revoke access to our platform in order to prevent ongoing platform application fees from being charged after you cancel your subscription. When you revoke access to our platform from within your Stripe account, Stripe will stop processing the application fee - to clarify, you MUST revoke access from within your Stripe account to stop the application fees from being charged. Paid Members App reserves the right, but not the obligation, to revoke platform access for inactive (i.e. cancelled) accounts after a period of inactivity to be determined by Paid Members App™ in its sole discretion and in accordance with any relevant laws; however, it is your sole responsibility to revoke your own platform's access to your Stripe by contacting Stripe customer service or manually revoking access via your Stripe account dashboard at Stripe.com, and application fees will be processed until the time at which you revoke access to our platform.

Charges processed through the Weebly e-commerce shopping cart are exempt from the Application Fee. For example if your Weebly e-commerce shopping cart is connected to Stripe or PayPal and the charge is made via the Weebly e-commerce shopping cart, the Application Fee is not charged.

The Application Fee is currently 1.00% of each successful Stripe and/or PayPal charge for Pro w/ Subscriptions Plan.

Stripe Examples for our Weebly App in the Weebly App Store:

General Example for the Pro w/ Subscriptions Plan:

If you charge your customer $100.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $1.00.

If you charge your customer $1000.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $10.00

If you charge your customer $100.00 via PayPal, the total amount of the Application Fee is $1.00.

If you charge your customer $1000.00 via PayPal, the total amount of the Application Fee is $10.00.

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a Stripe recurring subscription with a monthly billing cycle and the initial charge is $100.00, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00. When the billing cycle renews, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on February 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $200 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $2.00. When the billing cycle renews again, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on March 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $300 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $3.00. This pattern continues until your customer cancels her recurring subscription.

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a Stripe one-time payment, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00.

PayPal Examples

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a PayPal recurring subscription using a PayPal "Subscribe" button with a monthly billing cycle and the initial charge is $100.00, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00. When the billing cycle renews, if the customer is still on an active subscription, PayPal will process a $100.00 charge on February 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $200 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $2.00. When the billing cycle renews again, if the customer is still on an active subscription, PayPal will process a $100.00 charge on March 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $300 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $3.00. This pattern continues until your customer cancels her recurring subscription.

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a PayPal recurring subscription with an annual billing cycle and the initial charge is $100.00, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00. When the billing cycle renews, if the customer is still on an active subscription, PayPal will process a $100.00 charge on January 1, 2011 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $200 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $2.00. When the billing cycle renews again, if the customer is still on an active subscription, PayPal will process a $100.00 charge on January 1, 2012 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $300 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $3.00. This pattern continues until your customer cancels her recurring subscription.

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a PayPal one-time payment using an "Add to Cart" or a "Buy Now" button, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00.

The application fee is processed differently based on which Subscription Plan ("Plan(s)") you have purchased and whether the charge was made via Stripe or via PayPal and in the following manner

  • Enterprise Plan:

21b.) NATIVE WEEBLY APP - IMPORTED RECORDS

While on the Pro w/ Subscriptions plan, you may import or have within your account up to 50 records from your existing Stripe account which were created by a 3rd party platform (i.e. any platform other than Paid Members) while on the Pro w/ Subscriptions plan. You may import unlimited records from your existing Stripe account which were created by a 3rd party platform (i.e. any platform other than Paid Members) while on the Enterprise plan. Any account, on the Pro w/ Subscriptions plan, may only have up to 50 records which were manually added or imported. Any records over that limit will archived or deleted based on the sole discretion of Paid Members App. If you import records while on the Enterprise Plan and downgrade to a lower plan, your Stripe subscription records will be archived or deleted based on the sole discretion of Paid Members App. If you are importing over 20 records for Stripe susbcriptions, please use our new app and not our native Weebly App. You can import unlimited records in our new app. You will be assessed the application fee on or within a reasonable amount of time from the first of the month following any month for charges made in that month.

22. APPLICATION FEES

Paid Members App charges an application fee ("Application Fee(s)"). Standard Stripe transaction fees apply and Paid Members App™ applies an additional 3.00% fee on each successful charge for the Starter Plan and 1.00% for the Entrepreneur Plan. The Application Fee applies to each successful charge regardless of whether the charge is a one-time charge or a recurring charge or an initial payment for a subscription or a renewing subscription payment. For Stripe Connect™ recurring subscriptions, Paid Members App™ is the platform that creates the charge on your behalf and the Application Fee applies for the life of the Subscription and for eternity even after you cancel your Subscription. Please see 3rd Party Transactions via Stripe in the Enterprise section plan for details on the application fee charges for Charges that were created by other platforms for which our platform receives and processes webhooks on your behalf.

You must revoke access to our platform within your Stripe.com account dashboard in order to prevent platform fees from being charged after you cancel your subscription and it is your sole responsibility to revoke access to our platform in order to prevent ongoing platform application fees from being charged after you cancel your subscription. When you revoke access to our platform from within your Stripe account, Stripe will stop processing the application fee - to clarify, you MUST revoke access from within your Stripe account to stop the application fees from being charged. Paid Members App reserves the right, but not the obligation, to revoke platform access for inactive (i.e. cancelled) accounts after a period of inactivity to be determined by Paid Members App™ in its sole discretion and in accordance with any relevant laws; however, it is your sole responsibility to revoke your own platform's access to your Stripe by contacting Stripe customer service or manually revoking access via your Stripe account dashboard at Stripe.com, and application fees will be processed until the time at which you revoke access to our platform.

Charges processed through the Weebly e-commerce shopping cart are exempt from the Application Fee. For example if your Weebly e-commerce shopping cart is connected to Stripe or PayPal and the charge is made via the Weebly e-commerce shopping cart, the Application Fee is not charged.

The Application Fee is currently 3.00% of each successful Stripe charge for Starter Plan and 1.00% for the Entrepreneur Plan.

Stripe Examples:

General Example for the Entrepreneur Plan:

If you charge your customer $100.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $1.00.

If you charge your customer $1000.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $10.00

General Example for the Starter Plan for Recurring Subscriptions:

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a Stripe recurring subscription with a monthly billing cycle and the initial charge is $100.00, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00. When the billing cycle renews, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on February 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $200 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $2.00. When the billing cycle renews again, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on March 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $1.00. You have now charged $300 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $3.00. This pattern continues until your customer cancels her recurring subscription.

General Example for the Starter Plan:

If you charge your customer $100.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $3.00.

If you charge your customer $1000.00 via Stripe, the total amount of the Application Fee is $30.00

General Example for the Starter Plan for Recurring Subscriptions:

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a Stripe recurring subscription with a monthly billing cycle and the initial charge is $100.00, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $3.00. When the billing cycle renews, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on February 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $3.00. You have now charged $200 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $6.00. When the billing cycle renews again, if the customer is still on an active subscription, Stripe will process a $100.00 charge on March 1, 2010 and the total amount of the Application Fee for this charge is also $3.00. You have now charged $300 to your customer and your total Application Fees would be $9.00. This pattern continues until your customer cancels her recurring subscription.

If you charge your customer $100.00 on January 1, 2010 via a Stripe one-time payment, the total amount of the Application Fee for this initial charge is $1.00.

Imported Stripe Subscriptions

The application fee is processed differently based on which Subscription Plan ("Plan(s)") you have purchased and in the following manner

  • Entrepreneur Plan:
  • 3rd Party Transactions via Stripe - For charges created by a platform other than our platform, the Application Fee is accessed after the end of the month and is billed separately. Typically, we will invoice and/or charge you directly on the first of the month; however, we reserve the right to invoice and/or charge at a later date for a longer billing period at our sole discretion.     Stripe transactions - the Application Fee of 1.000% is accessed at the time of the transaction via Stripe

    Imported Subscriptions - the Application Fee is accessed after the end of the month and is billed separately. The details of the transaction amount and the Application Fee of each charge is detailed in the app. Typically, we will invoice and/or charge you directly on the first of the month; however, we reserve the right to invoice and/or charge at a later date for a longer billing period at our sole discretion.

  • Starter Plan:
  • Stripe transactions - the Application Fee of 3.000% is accessed at the time of the transaction via Stripe

    Stripe transactions - Stripe transaction are not processed for Pro Plan users. The Application Fee is accessed at the time of the transaction via Stripe for any transactions that occurred while on a different Subscription level.

    Imported Subscriptions - You may not import subscriptions on the Starter Plan. If for some reason, you have imported subscriptions while on the Starter Plan, the Application Fee is accessed after the end of the month and is billed separately. The details of the transaction amount and the Application Fee of each charge is detailed in the app. Typically, we will invoice and/or charge you directly on the first of the month; however, we reserve the right to invoice and/or charge at a later date for a longer billing period at our sole discretion

23. FEE CHANGES

Paid Members App, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees new Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective immediately. For active subscriptions defined as any subscription that was created prior to the modification of the Subscription fee, Paid Members App will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees that will apply to Active Subscriptions to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

24. REFUNDS

As a general rule, Paid Members App does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Paid Members App on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the sole discretion of Paid Members App.

25. FREE TRIAL PERIOD

Paid Members App may, at its sole discretion, offer free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). At any time and without notice, Paid Members App reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

26. TERMINATION

You can terminate your account at any time. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account, including our rights regarding any content you’ve already submitted to the Site. (For instance, if you’ve created active members, deleting your account will not automatically remove the members from the Site.) You can contact us at adam@paidmembersapp.com for additional information or to request project page deletion (this is not available in all circumstances).We give you a number of ways to cancel your account:

1.) Simply uninstall the Paid Members App from the Weebly™ editor. You will receive an email notice of cancellation. Your Subscription is cancelled at the end of your billing cycle. You will not be billed again.

2.) Simply go to My Account in the Paid Members App which you get to via the Weebly™ editor by clicking on My Apps and the "Manage" button next to the Paid Members App icon, then click on My Account in the header and choose the link to cancel your account and confirm that you would like to cancel. You will receive an email notice of cancellation. Your Subscription is cancelled at the end of your billing cycle. You will not be billed again.
