How to Collect Your Customers Name using a Stripe Checkout Form
1.) In Paid Members App, click Setup Checklist
2.) Connect to Stripe if you have not done so yet.
3.) Click 'Create payment buttons'
4.) Click either One-time Payment or Subscription
NOTE: If you are using Stripe's new Checkout, your customers will be re-directed to Stripe for payment and Stripe will automatically collect the customer's name:
5.) Click Payment Button:
6.) Click Advanced options:
7.) Now click the Add Billing Information checkbox then click Create Button
8.) Click 'Copy to Clipboard'
9.) Make sure you are logged into your Squarespace backend.
10.) Click 'Pages' on the left:
11.) Find the page you want to add the stripe payment button to and click it.
12.) Edit the page content and then click the black bubble to add a new Code block wherever you want:
13.) Paste your button code in the code editor and click apply:
14.) Now whenever anyone clicks this button, they will see your stripe payment form popup with customer name field:
